Our research group brings together graduate and undergraduate students who share a commitment to improving doctoral education in engineering. Together, we study advising relationships, doctoral milestones, and institutional contexts that shape student success — with particular attention to equity and servingness in engineering colleges. Each member contributes unique expertise, perspectives, and lived experiences that enrich our projects. We work collaboratively across institutions, building a supportive environment where future scholars develop their skills as researchers, educators, and leaders.
