Rising Doctoral Institute
The purpose of the RDI project is to examine the effect of early interventions for doctoral students on the transition into their engineering doctorate, and develop sustainable models for institutions to implement these interventions on their campus to help underrepresented minorities (URM students transition into the doctorate.
We are currently recruiting institutional partners to host the RDI across the US.
